Ciao a tutti, come ben sappiamo la nostra distro preferita appena installata non ha i codec multimediali installati, per ovaire a questo problema possiamo effettuare due scelte, o installare una Ubuntu derivata che si chiama Linux Mint la quale ha preinstallati tutti i codec oppure con un attimo di pazienza installiamoli noi, ecco come fare.
Installare da Synaptic:

gstreamer0.10-gnonlin
gstreamer0.10-plugins-farsight
lame
lame-extras
libdvdcss2
libdvdnav4
libxine1
libxine1-all-plugins
totem-xine
ubuntu-restricted-extras
w32codecs

Se andiamo da terminale:

sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras w32codecs gstreamer0.10-plugins-base gstreamer0.10-plugins-good gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad gstreamer0.10-pitfdll

In questo modo a causa di alcune dipendenze installeremo anche il JRE su Sun e i relativi plugin. Non spaventiamoci e aspettiamo la fine dell'installazione

se fosse così eseguiamo le seguenti operazioni:

1 - da terminale digitiamo "sudo gedit /etc/init.d/mountdevsubfs.sh" e rimuoviamo # dalle seguenti righe:

mkdir -p /dev/bus/usb/.usbfs

domount usbfs "" /dev/bus/usb/.usbfs -obusmode=0700,devmode=0600,listmode=0644

ln -s .usbfs/devices /dev/bus/usb/devices

mount --rbind /dev/bus/usb /proc/bus/usb[


2 - da terminale digtiamo "sudo gedit /etc/fstab" e aggiungiamo al fondo del file la seguente riga:

none /proc/bus/usb usbfs devgid=1000,devmode=664 0 0

3 - dopodiche digitiamo sempre sul terminale:

sudo mount -a

Se ciò non dovesse apportare nessuna modifica sarà necessario riavviare il computer.

Da specificare un paio di cose:
1 - oltre alla riga di comando denominata "per pigri", sarebbe meglio rimuovere tutti i pacchetti elencati, per mezzo di Synaptic, mi racc segnate la rimozione completa del pacchetto, ok ;-D
2 - se riscontrate problemi nello spostamento all'interno della cartella di installazione entrate con nautilus alla interno della directory e compiate l'indirizzo........sicuramente riuscirete ad accedere!
