F) I rappresentanti dei giovani inseriti nel mondo del lavoro in misura di 1 delegato per ognuna delle Organizzazioni Sindacali maggiormente rappresentative ed aventi sede legale nel territorio del Comune di Raffadali.
G) 4 rappresentanti degli studenti iscritti negli istituti di istruzione secondaria superiore, eletti con le modalità di cui all’art. 6 del presente regolamento.


Art. 2 - Nomina dei delegati e requisiti degli stessi

Ogni organizzazione aderente alla Consulta Giovanile deve delegare, per iscritto, un rappresentante effettivo ed uno supplente, i due delegati non possono avere lo stesso sesso.
La delega deve essere indirizzata all’Ufficio di Presidenza della Consulta Giovanile Comunale presso la segreteria dell’Assessorato competente.
Ogni organizzazione può, in ogni momento, sostituire il proprio rappresentante, purchè informi nei modi di cui al comma precedente, la consulta stessa.
Possono essere nominati delegati i giovani residenti nel Comune di Raffadali aventi un’età compresa tra i 16 e i 35 anni. La carica di componenti della Consulta è a titolo gratuito ed è incompatibile con qualsiasi carica politica.

Art. 11 - Nuove adesioni

Le associazioni, i partiti e le organizzazioni che desiderano acquisire la qualità di membro della Consulta Giovanile devono farne richiesta scritta al Presidente della Consulta stessa nel periodo compreso tra il 20 Gennaio ed il 28 Febbraio.
Le organizzazioni devono allegare alla propria richiesta:

a) copia dello statuto;
b) copia dell’atto costitutivo;
c) ogni altro documento dal quale si evinca la sede sociale;
d) delega firmata dal rappresentate legale dell’associazione (o del coordinatore del partito o dell’organizzazione) con allegata copia della carta d’identità del delegante.

L'ufficio di Presidenza verifica i requisiti e ne delibera l'accettazione con il voto favorevole di almeno 5/7 dei componenti l'ufficio stesso.
Tali deliberazioni devono essere inserite nell'ordine del giorno della riunione successiva per la necessaria ratifica da parte dell 'Assemblea.
Avverso i provvedimenti di mancata ammissione può essere proposta opposizione innanzi all’Assessore alle Politiche giovanile che previo parere del Segretario Comunale si pronuncia sull’opposizione entro 30 giorni dalla presentazione della stessa.

PERTANTO SI INVITANO GLI INTERESSATI A PRODURRE ENTRO IL TERMINE UTILE LA DOCUMENTAZIONE PER L’ADESIONE ALLA CONSULTA.

Rootkit, capiamo cosa sono e come difenderci

Un rootkit, (in ambiente Unix per "root" access si intende accesso di livello amministrativo, quindi letteralmente si potrebbe intendere equipaggiamento da amministratore) è un programma software creato per avere il controllo completo sul sistema senza bisogno di autorizzazione da parte di utente o amministratore. Recentemente alcuni virus informatici si sono avvantaggiati della possibilità di agire come rootkit (processo, file, chiave di registro, porta di rete) all'interno del sistema operativo.

Se è vero che questa tecnologia è fondamentale per il buon funzionamento del sistema operativo, negli anni sono stati creati cavalli di Troia e altri programmi maligni in grado di ottenere il controllo di un computer da locale o da remoto in maniera nascosta, ossia non rilevabile dai più comuni strumenti di amministrazione e controllo. I rootkit vengono tipicamente usati per nascondere delle backdoor. Negli ultimi anni, tuttavia, s'è molto diffusa la pratica, tra i creatori di malware, di utilizzare rootkit per rendere più difficile la rilevazione di particolari trojan e spyware, indipendentemente dalla presenza in essi di funzioni di backdoor, proprio grazie alla possibilità di occultarne i processi principali.

I rootkit vengono usati anche per trovare le informazioni personali presenti in un computer e inviarle al mittente del malware ed essere poi utilizzate da esso per scopi personali

I più comuni rootkit fanno uso di moduli del kernel o librerie su sistemi Unix, e DLL e driver per quelli Windows.

Tra i più noti possiamo annoverare FU e NT Rootkit.

Oltre al rootkit inteso come tecnologia occultativa, esistono dei rootkit virali, ossia dei veri e propri virus che rimangono nascosti, che il nostro computer non riesce a rilevare con i normali antivirus. Questi "virus", sono letteralmente in grado di "mangiare" i nostri file sul pc, di deteriorare l'HD, e di cambiare le firme dei file.

Per poter identificare questi malware si possono adottare sistemi di rilevamento, per gli utenti Windows possono utilizzare un prodotto Microsoft RootkitRevealer, oppure utilizzando il semplice F-Secure Blacklight.

Per gli utenti Linux possono contare su Rootkit Hunter.

The indications are valid for any platform: GNU / Linux, Windows, MacOSX, and images are based on Eclipse 3.2 on MacOSX 10.4 (Tiger).

1) File menu, choose New / Project ;

4) Nella finestra di configurazione, riempiamo i campi con questi valori:

...lasciamo vuoto il campo password e premiamo il pulsante Next ;
5) come nome del modulo mettiamo jplanets ;
